Hi there!

I'm here to help you manage and recover from any sports injuries you might have picked up and return to doing what you love and what you're best at. It doesn't have to be sports injuries or even a specific injury - if you're in pain, I'm your gal!

I offer injury assessment and rehabilitation, sports massage and sports therapy, strapping, taping, cupping, instrument assisted massage and really good chat.

I have over 5 years experience in women's football and have worked in Wales and internationally. In terms of qualifications, I have an MSc in Sport Rehabilitation, a Level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy, FREC4 in trauma and first response emergency care and lots of training in all the things you'd expect (and some you might not).
